Making Luxury Flooring Affordable is the line on our sign, and the way we keep it true is simple: you choose every floor in one room, and the people who lay it work for us. Carpet, hardwood, laminate, luxury vinyl plank and tile & stone all sit under one roof at 6535 N Buffalo Dr, Suite 110, so tile in the kitchen and carpet in the bedrooms is one conversation, not three.
Residential Flooring Installation here means the whole job: the showroom visit, the in-home measure, the order, the tear-out, the install, and a crew that comes back if something is off. Nobody is subcontracted out. Alberto Gomez, our field supervisor, has more than thirty years of install background and oversees the crews himself.

How a job runs, from first call to warranty
It starts with a call or a walk-in. Free estimates within 2-3 business days is our usual pace, and Mike Buchanan, our estimator, comes to your home, looks at the subfloor and measures every room, so the number you get rests on real square footage instead of a guess from a floor plan.
Once you have chosen the product, we order it, set the install date and send you a short prep list: clear the small items, box up breakables and sentimental things, unplug electronics and leave a path. We do the heavy lifting on furniture. Pianos, safes, fish tanks and pool tables need to be moved before we arrive.
On install day our crew pulls up the old floor, prepares the subfloor, lays the new one, puts the furniture back and cleans up after itself. Tile is the dustiest demolition, so furniture and cabinets get covered first. If anything looks off a few days later, we send an installer back out to correct it.
What comes with every residential job
A 2-Year Installation Warranty sits on top of the manufacturer's warranty on the product itself. If a seam lifts or a plank shifts, that is ours to fix, not yours to chase.
Financing Available through Synchrony, including plans with no interest if paid in full within 12 months and occasional longer promotions. We also take Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, cash, check and Zelle.
