Commercial Flooring Installation

Floors for shops, offices, clinics and restaurants across the Las Vegas valley, laid by our own licensed crew and scheduled around the way you work.

Flooring that keeps your doors open

A business cannot shut for a week while the floor changes. The two ways commercial jobs go wrong are the ones you would guess: the install disrupts the people trying to work or shop, and the floor chosen could never take the traffic it was bought to carry. A look that was perfect in a living room can fall apart in a lobby.

Our Commercial Flooring Installation starts by asking how the space is used. Where do customers walk, what gets rolled across it, when are you open, and which areas can be closed off for a day or two? The answers shape the product and the schedule before anything is ordered.

Matching the floor to the foot traffic

We sell and install the same five families of flooring for commercial spaces that we do for homes, with brands chosen for how they wear: Dreamweaver and Karastan carpet, Shaw hardwood, Pergo Extreme laminate, Daltile tile and stone, and Lion's Flooring and Paradigm luxury vinyl plank. The five are laid out below, one by one.

Samples are easier to judge in person. Walk into the showroom at 6535 N Buffalo Dr, Suite 110, or ask for a free estimate and our estimator, Mike Buchanan, will measure the space and talk through what each option does under real traffic.

Scheduling, license and warranty

Every installation is performed by our own trained crew, not subcontracted out, under the eye of our field supervisor, Alberto Gomez. That is what lets us plan the work in sections, keep the schedule honest and send the same people back if something needs attention.

We hold Nevada State Contractors License 72228 and we are bonded and insured. A 2-year installation warranty covers the work on top of the manufacturer's warranty. Our Google rating is 4.8 from 107 reviews, and for published per-square-foot ranges the FAQs spell out how pricing is built.

Five commercial floors, each with its own brand lines

Each entry below names the lines we install and how we protect your working hours while we do it. The same crew lays every one of them.

Commercial Carpet Installation

Dreamweaver, Karastan

Offices, waiting rooms and retail floors wear in lanes, so the pile and backing matter more than the colour card. We help you choose a Dreamweaver or Karastan carpet that holds its look under steady foot traffic, then schedule the install to reduce disruption to your business operations.

Commercial Laminate Installation

Pergo Extreme

Pergo Extreme laminate is waterproof, scratch-resistant and durable, which is why it is often the first floor we point a small business toward. It can go over a flat, clean existing floor, so there is less demolition and fewer days with the doors closed.

Commercial Luxury Vinyl Plank Installation

Lion's Flooring, Paradigm

Waterproof plank, tile and sheet vinyl from Lion's Flooring and Paradigm for restaurants, clinics, salons and shops. Luxury vinyl plank works for residential and light commercial spaces, and we say so plainly when laminate would serve your space better.

Commercial Hardwood Installation

Shaw

Real wood suits reception areas, boutiques and offices that want warmth underfoot. We install Shaw hardwood, prepare the subfloor first and work in stages where we can, so staff and customers keep a clear route through the space while the floor goes down.

Commercial Tile & Stone Installation

Daltile

Daltile porcelain, ceramic and stone for entries, restrooms, kitchens and counters that see constant traffic. Tile is the dustiest demolition we do, so furniture and cabinets are covered and the tear-out is planned to reduce disruption to your business operations.
