Carpet typically runs $5-$7 per square foot installed. That price includes the carpet, pad, labor, demo of the old floor and furniture moving. You get an exact number once you pick a carpet and we measure.

Luxury vinyl plank and laminate typically run $9-$12 per square foot all in: material, installation, demo, new baseboard and furniture moving. The final quote follows your product choice and the measure.

No. All installations are performed by our own trained crew, not subcontracted out. Alberto Gomez, our field supervisor, has over thirty years of install background.

We will do all the heavy lifting. We just ask that you box up the small items, breakables, and sentimental items. Pianos, safes, fish tanks and pool tables need to be moved before we arrive.

Most dust comes from tearing out the old floor, and tile demolition makes the most. We cover furniture and cabinets, and you should expect some light cleanup after the install.

Every job carries our 2-year installation warranty on top of the manufacturer's product warranty. If anything is off, we send an installer back out to correct it.

Yes, through Synchrony, including plans with no interest if paid in full within 12 months, and occasional longer promotions. We also take Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, cash, check and Zelle.

Our honest view: Laminate of today is waterproof, extremely scratch-resistant, and durable, and it is the better choice for most homes. LVP is still a great option and we carry quality selections of both, so we will show you the two side by side.

Carpet installations within a week of ordering are typical. A standard room of hardwood takes 1 to 3 days, laminate 1 to 2 days, and tile 2 to 4 days. Larger jobs take longer, and we give you the schedule at the estimate.
